場所：東京地方裁判所　706法廷（1/22変更になりました！）

２０１０年３月２２日、ガーナ国籍男性ABUBAKAR AWUDU SURAJさん（以下、スラジュさん）が国費送還中に死亡しました。
その送還に同行していた入国管理局職員が規則では認められていない足手錠やタオル、私物の結束バンドなどを使用し、むりやりに拘束し起きた死亡事件です。
To uncover the truth behind Suraj's death, we filed a lawsuit on August 5, 2010, seeking damages from the government and immigration officials. Suraj regretted overstaying his visa and only wished to live in Japan with his wife. Through this lawsuit, we will uncover why Suraj had to die.
次回期日は、いよいよ最終弁論となります。　原告・被告の最後の主張に加え、原告本人であるスラジュさんの奥様からの最後の訴えも予定しております。(判決は後日となります。)
